Looks interesting! And much easier to organize. I especially like the
sortable captions that do both forward and reverse!
I've updated my sole script's entry, although I can't figure out how to
blank out the License field (IIRC, the license should be the same as the
SNMP2BB one).

Some feedback:
 star.gif is missing (used in ratings).
 The details table is split at 50%; could you avoid specifying a width
so it splits naturally? Some of the descriptions are lengthy (see
http://www.deadcat.net.au/viewfile.php?fileid=643 or
http://www.deadcat.net.au/viewfile.php?fileid=382 or fileid=653).
Also, I'm thinking the Descriptions header within the Details should
perhaps be top-aligned.

Will there be some indication of what files are as-yet unclaimed so
that they can voluntarily be categorized (although not necessarily
maintained)?  For example, I'm pretty sure that
http://www.deadcat.net.au/viewfile.php?fileid=121 and
http://www.deadcat.net.au/viewfile.php?fileid=160 are
miscategorized.
