anyone know where to find bbgen version 2.6 or later?

Hi all,

I was browsing through the mailling list archives and ran accross a 
message  "bbgen 2.6 released"

does anyone know where I can find it or a later version?  the one on 
www.deadcat.net appears to be version 2.15 (even tho it is dated 
2004-02-06) I have downloaded it and verified it is indeed 2.15
