000000000000  is the IP address in the bb-hosts file. In this case, you
have set to 0.0.0.0 the IP of "hostname"

1207145195 is the timestamp (from time()) the entry in the log was created

400 is the code for the msgs test, The values are in bbwarnsetup.cfg
All the codes are defined in the svcerrlist entry of that file.
