I am trying to manually trigger notifications and they are not going out.
here is my command line argument

/usr/local/bb/bin/bb 170.132.131.79 "status host1.http red Mon Aug 4
19:07:42 EDT 2008"

I send this into bb and the webpage turns red but no notifications go out.
notifications are working for other things. I need the ability to trigger
some notifications manually
