{bb} Reversing the http test - a bug?

Hello,

I have had 2 servers each running a web service, and monitored that it
was running using BB. In the bb-hosts file I had entries like
'http://...'.
I now want to reverse those tests to ensure that no-one restarts the web
services. I have changed the bb-hosts entries to just '!http'. However,
this does not seem to be working. It shows red on the monitor and BB
says 'http - No connection'.

Looking through old messages, it seems that this has been a problem for
other people. I have an entry in /etc/services for 'http' on port 80, so
that's not the problem. What I have noticed is that in the BBOUT file I
get these messages:

    Mon Sep 15 12:50:59 2008 bbnet Unknown host: http

It seems that BB is not handling the '!http' correctly. Is this (still)
a bug? Does anyone have reverse http tests working correctly? If not,
then I can spend a little while looking in to this to try and see what
is going on.

I should add, were using BB 1.9i on a CentOS 5.2 box.
