I found the problem with this was the sort attributes that bb tries to use
for redhat EL 5
Go into bin/bb-disk.sh and change each instance of $SORT \"+${DFSORT}\" to
$SORT \"-nk ${DFSORT}\"
This has fixed it for me in the past

Subject: {bb} $bbhome tmp file system full
I am trying to install Big Brother 1.9i on a RedHat ES 5.1 (64-bit).
After the install of the server and client I get the following for "disk"
red Thu Oct 30 10:32:21 PDT 2008 - Filesystem of $BBHOME/bbc1.9i-btf/tmp is
FULL
I have verified that the tmp directories for the server and client are set
to 777.
I have also verified that the entries for awk, egrep, etc. are correct in
etc/bbsys.local.
What else could the issue be?
Thanks,
Jon
