Profile creation trouble.

Hi all.  I'm trying to build a profile which works similar to the syslog-raw 
profile to transfer files of arbitrarily large size.   

I send a MSG type request to the server indicating that I want the file, and 
I've tried sending the contents of the file back in two ways:

A string of ANS frames followed by a NUL to indicate the file is finished, and 
also as a string of RPY frames with the BLU_FRAME_PARTIAL indicator set, 
followed by a RPY frame with an empty payload and the BLU_FRAME_COMPLETE set.

The problem is that the wrapper does not appear to be delivering the frames to 
my profile in the order they are received.  I turned on debug logging, and I can
 see that 0.wrap is writing the frames to my log in the same order, but when I 
see them in the profile, they are not always in the same order.

What have I missed here?  Thanks much in advance
