<close number='0'> while peer is sending a huge message

Hi,

I've been fighting with this for a long day with no avail: if my request 
to release the session is sent to the peer while the peer is sending us 
a huge message (fragmented into multiple frames), then the session gets 
stuck.  The remaining frames of the huge message do not get sent out and 
the peer cannot <ok> the close request.  Can anybody give me a hint as 
to where to go digging?
