Re: change BP_CONNECTION; new release

You can hand-edit them if you like, if not I can make the changes. Either is
fine with me. I assume you want me to test them if you hand-edit them,
right?

Since all of the current profiles are tied to threaded_os in one way or
another I was thinking of moving them to a profiles directory at the same
level as wrapper, etc. Also, I wanted to move any of the files in
beepcore-c/utility that are not generic into beepcore-c/threaded_os/utility.
The other directory that needs to be addressed is C++ but I'm not sure what
to do with it yet.
