Here are the details:
C:\WINNT>java -version
java version "1.4.1_01"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.1_01-b01)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.1_01-b01, mixed mode)
Try this for reproducing:
1. Change EchoProfile as follows and build beepcore.jar.
public void startChannel(Channel channel, String encoding, String data)
throws StartChannelException
{
log.debug("EchoCCL StartChannel Callback");
// exception - begin
try {
channel.setReceiveBufferSize(8096);
} catch (BEEPException e) {
e.printStackTrace();
}
// exception - end
channel.setMessageListener(this);
}
2. Run Beepd and Bing in that order. (I usually have beepcore.jar in
CLASSPATH)
