Can you send me a simple test-case that triggers the problem you
described?

The only reason I can think of right now is that you call rr_channel_close
from the "frame_available" handler. A profile isn't allowed to call any
blocking function like rr_channel_close (rr_manager_close_channel_nonblock
can be used instead).
