Is anyone there? How active is this mailing list?

I have been working on the xmlrpc over bee and have a few questions, =
wondering if anyone whould be able to help.

The system that I am working will at time be behind a secure fire wall =
of which I will not have much access to, only by logging on via ssh can =
I get through to the other side. Any sugestions on how to get a the =
xmlrpc over beep to cross with out much hassel from the end user?

I have had problems with one of my test machines, running an initiator =
on that machine and a listener on another works fine but if I try run it =
the other way I can't get through. Any ideas? Both machines are running =
Red Hat 8.0 Linux and have the same incomming firewall rules as far as I =
can see.

I have another machine that I have installed SUSE Linux 8.2 on and it =
does not have the pkg-config package. I downloaded and installed it but =
could not find a glib-2.0.pc, where will I find it or how can I create =
one?
