RR/XMLRPC

I've now committed a new xml-rpc profile to the "xmlrpc" cvs module.
This module obsoletes the old "rpc" cvs module.

This "new" profile is almost API compatible with the old "rpc" profile.
Except for some functions which have been renamed from rr_rpc_xxx to 
rr_xmlrpc_xxx.

The default BEEP window size has also been increased. So a method call 
is almost 3 times as fast as with the old profile.

The reason for this new cvs module is because I have abandoned my 
attempt to support both xmlrpc and soap in the same profile. I don't
think it is possible to do this and still have a clean API.

The soap profile still needs some work before I is usable, but I'll
add it to the repository as soon as I have something that is usable.
