Question about processing incoming IDMEF Message

Dear Sir=A3=AC
=09  I've noticed that libidxp provide a series of IDMEFMessage=
 define and processing functions, which can process incoming=
 IDMEF message easily. However, in RR/IDXP implementation IDMEF=
 process is omitted. Is that to say if I want to process incoming=
 IDMEF message, I must write my own profile? Or RR has provide=
 such profile in other packages?
