A New BitTorrent System Based on Kademlia
The system decentralize all items related to downloading.
1. Distributed Board Tree and Board Items
2. Distributed Torrent Files
3. Distributed Trackers

All board items are stored in network, so the system need not a bbs to
announce any torrent items. The items still exists even if some users
are offline.
The torrent file are stored within the network, so even the original
publisher is offline, the torrent files are still available.

The system if fully uncontrollable.
