That assumes an IPv6-capable router on the segment. If you've only got an 
IPv4 stack, then send your packet to the 6to4 anycast router.

Hacking packets shouldn't be done by high-level stuff, anyway. If your 
tracker needs to worry about this, get an IPv6-capable platform and do it 
right.
