btw: do any bt caches exist?

It's not beautiful, but wouldnt a workaround for a dont_habe_anymore be to
disconnect from the seed, delete some files and reconnect?

Oh and do bt proxies exist? Maybe transparent ones so that there is no
need for a protocol extension :)
