Please do something about the Spam!

I'm getting fed up with all the spam coming from this group -
especially when there is a simple change which could be made to the
groups configuration by the moderators to cut it right back.

Perhaps if a sufficient number of the genuine members of this group
post to ask the moderators may listen and do something about it.
