NZB help

I'm not quite familiar with the NZB usage. I need help with NZB file 
downloading. 

I have the NZB files all ready to download. But when I import them, 
they wait at the queue. I might be wrong, correct me if I am, but in 
order for them to start downloading, I must connect to their server. 
Now, I got all my NZB files through this site: http://alt.binaries.nl/

If I want to connect to that server, what do I type in in the "host" 
box in the "New Server" window? Must I also change the port?
