Hi 

I maybe wrong but this is a site where you can create
nzb files. Once you have downloaded the nzb file you
can import it into BNR2.

But

You do need an usenet server to download the article
that you want.

http://alt.binaries.nl/ is not a usenet server but an
indexing website where you can find out what has been
posted to the usenet and create nzb files.
