A couple things -- First, make sure you've connected each of your 
servers at least once, that BNR has a list of newsgroups offered by each 
server, and that at least one of your servers has the group in question.

Also, try enabling the "Try downloading by Msg-ID when Art-ID unknown" 
option when you import a NZB (nuke your queue if you are reimporting a 
NZB you already imported, otherwise the import will detect the 
"duplicates" and ignore 'em)
