BNR does not yet have support for drag-and-drop of NZB files, passing
them as parameters or working with Windows File Associations. 
However, I have added partial support for this in the unreleased
version that I am using.  I just have to work out issues with getting
Windows File Associations to pass the files to one of the running
instances instead of trying to start up a new instance and failing due
to the database already being in use.

The only way you can currently load NZB files into BNR is with the
File | Import | NewsBin .NZB File command.  If you want to download
the files referenced in multiple NewsBin files to the same target
directory, then you can select all of them at once instead of
importing them one at a time.
