After you do this, you will have to reimport any NZB files that have not finished. The program won't remember which parts you have previously downloaded after resetting the database, so it is best to let any currently queued files that have already started downloading finish before resetting the database. Also, it doesn't always remember queued phantom items between restarts, so you might want to let it finish the queue before closing it even when you are not resetting the database, or you might have to reimport the NZB files.
