Whatever, I am not trying to tell anyone what to do, I have done many a test and the only thing I found was the ability to loose data with it off. But then I have seen the settings that others use so I doubt that they get the benefits either. As for the U and M key thing, it just reloaded everything the first time including what I had got before and the second time, when I forced the servers to try to get what they would not (when they should) they would jump down the selection and just get the last one of the selected files ...until I turned off the flags.
