Worse, I've seen Kaspersky flag commercial software as a virus.  I does it, on more than one occasion, to SQL Server Express!  (Now what all the rest of the Database crowd yell, "Good! Go with MySql."  Or even, "Switch to Oracle."  Quiet!  We be Micro-Slug certified on this boat.)
