That is about the same way as I do it, but sometimes I just open all the
groups as one and mark all at the same time, this can take quite some time
to open if there are lots of really big groups, but I have my BNR3 setups
split down so that there are not more than 10~20 groups for each one. That
way the msglst's stay at smaller faster sizes (400~800 MB).

You can also save what ever you want from a group[s] as an .nzb file to
reload back in later, but often sends all to the same (first) group, which
is sort of a pain, but far from a big deal.
