BNR 2 & 3. As said before its something in your setup. I have never even seen BNRx use the windows temp folder, or create ~temp files. Again, as I said, the only thing I have seen do this, and often, was Zone Alarm with its yEnc problems. Only a few days ago I pulled >8 million headers, BNR3 can do this in its sleep, BNR2 as long as the DB size stays under the limit.
