It should be in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program
Files\Binary News Reaper based on the information you provided if
Vista wasn't an upgrade install.  if it was, search for the
VirtualStore folder instead.  You will need to show hidden files and
folders temporarily to find it though :)
