Expired Files?

I'm running BNR2 and it was set to expire files after seven days. I
would like to UN-Expire these files because they are still good and I
want to download them. How do you reset everything so that I can get
these expired files back?

I've tried to reload. I have set the options Auto-Expire to -1 or off.
I still keep getting expired files that are fairly new files! How can
I fix this!
