BNR2 hasn't been updated in three years now, it is definitely not 
under active development.  Somebody is nice enough to maintain the 
website and such, but I don't think there will be any new features 
added.  Pity.

BTW, it minimizes just fine for me, if I understand what the OP was 
asking.
