BNR2 - Servers (main tab) - Properties - Connections (radio tab) - Max number...

Does anyone know a fix for the max number of simultaneous connections
up/down arrow bug?

The value can manually be increased to 4 but no higher.
I can edit BNR2.ini and increase the value but that requires
restarting BNR2. What I'd like is the ability to change it while app
is running.
Someone on the old forums emailed me a solution years ago but I have
since forgotten. *sigh* 
IIRC it was a special character you put in BNR2.ini MaxConn= field.
