Did you mean 'MsgLst.bnr'. I do not have a 'MagLst.bnr' in my BNR folder.

Just saying hello as I have just joined this group.

I have been using bnr2 for years, the best newsreader around. I have found that
most problems can be solved by closing BNR, deleting the MagLst.bnr file and
then restarting the program. Very occasionally xp needs a reboot.

No other reader comes near it in my humble opinion. I get a reasonable usenet
service from my isp, but wonder who others use?

Giganews? Demon?


I did try using ubuntu once instead of windows but couldn't figure out how
to install bnr, so went back to xp.
