BNR2 on Karmic 64-bit??? - txtlibborqt-6.9-qt2.3.so error

When I run BNR2 I get this error:

txtlibborqt-6.9-qt2.3.so:
cannot open shared object file:
Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character

Here are  the contents of /usr/local/BNR2/lib

From this post it looks like I have all the libraries installed correctly:

Is it possible to get BNR2 to run on Karmic 64-bit?  Should I just run BNR2 with WINE?
