No news groups are loading

I=E2=80=99ve recently rebuilt my hard drive and when I reinstalled BNR2 (do=
wnloaded from the website including the qtintf.dll ) I cannot get the group=
s list to load. The status bar at the bottom goes immediately to green wit=
h the words =E2=80=9CNews Servers Ready=E2=80=9D. Any idea what could be w=
rong? I contacted my IP to make sure they still support the news groups and=
they confirm that they do. Any help would be appreciated.
