The type is selected within your graph definition/template. See i.e. http://www.cacti.net/downloads/docs/html/variables.html#GRAPH_VARIABLES, search for heading 'Nth Percentile'. And as a side note: 'all_max_peak' is calculated wrong as far as I understand this.
