Hi all, I'm graphing the total number of running calls on a VoIP server. Originally my server was licensed for 5000 conc. calls only, so I set my DS's max value to 5000. After upgrading the license to 8000 conc. calls, I changed the same for the DS. Today my server was running at >5000 conc. calls, all of which do not appear on the graphs: [image: Inline image 1] I checked the DS, it checks out and the max value is 8000. I checked the graph settings and it's set as: Auto-scale == yes Use --alt-autoscale-max (accepting a lower limit) == yes I'm not sure if the numbers were stored in the .rrd file, here's the output of *rrdtool info datasource_name.rrd*: filename = "nxt5k_2_snmp_oid_76.rrd" rrd_version = "0003" step = 60 last_update = 1353084001 header_size = 1888 ds[snmp_oid].index = 0 ds[snmp_oid].type = "GAUGE" ds[snmp_oid].minimal_heartbeat = 120 ds[snmp_oid].min = 0.0000000000e+00 ds[snmp_oid].max = 5.0000000000e+03 ds[snmp_oid].last_ds = "4187" ds[snmp_oid].value = 4.1870000000e+03 ds[snmp_oid].unknown_sec = 0 rra[0].cf = "AVERAGE" rra[0].rows = 10080 rra[0].cur_row = 4902 rra[0].pdp_per_row = 1 rra[0].xff = 5.0000000000e-01 rra[0].cdp_prep[0].value = NaN rra[0].cdp_prep[0].unknown_datapoints = 0 rra[1].cf = "AVERAGE" rra[1].rows = 44640 rra[1].cur_row = 36695 rra[1].pdp_per_row = 1 rra[1].xff = 5.0000000000e-01 rra[1].cdp_prep[0].value = NaN rra[1].cdp_prep[0].unknown_datapoints = 0 rra[2].cf = "AVERAGE" rra[2].rows = 53568 rra[2].cur_row = 41860 rra[2].pdp_per_row = 5 rra[2].xff = 5.0000000000e-01 rra[2].cdp_prep[0].value = 0.0000000000e+00 rra[2].cdp_prep[0].unknown_datapoints = 0 rra[3].cf = "AVERAGE" rra[3].rows = 52560 rra[3].cur_row = 18779 rra[3].pdp_per_row = 30 rra[3].xff = 5.0000000000e-01 rra[3].cdp_prep[0].value = 4.3181916667e+04 rra[3].cdp_prep[0].unknown_datapoints = 0 rra[4].cf = "MAX" rra[4].rows = 10080 rra[4].cur_row = 9554 rra[4].pdp_per_row = 1 rra[4].xff = 5.0000000000e-01 rra[4].cdp_prep[0].value = NaN rra[4].cdp_prep[0].unknown_datapoints = 0 rra[5].cf = "MAX" rra[5].rows = 44640 rra[5].cur_row = 1886 rra[5].pdp_per_row = 1 rra[5].xff = 5.0000000000e-01 rra[5].cdp_prep[0].value = NaN rra[5].cdp_prep[0].unknown_datapoints = 0 rra[6].cf = "MAX" rra[6].rows = 53568 rra[6].cur_row = 47291 rra[6].pdp_per_row = 5 rra[6].xff = 5.0000000000e-01 rra[6].cdp_prep[0].value = -inf rra[6].cdp_prep[0].unknown_datapoints = 0 rra[7].cf = "MAX" rra[7].rows = 52560 rra[7].cur_row = 15404 rra[7].pdp_per_row = 30 rra[7].xff = 5.0000000000e-01 rra[7].cdp_prep[0].value = 4.5501333333e+03 rra[7].cdp_prep[0].unknown_datapoints = 0 I'm running Cacti 0.8.7i on a RHEL 5.4 server.
