Calculating high value for thold plugin

Hi,

how does one calculate a value for the thold plugin?

I'm trying to get Cacti to send out an email when the bandwidth of a 
given 100Mbps interface goes over 70Mbps and then again at 95Mbps.

I tried putting in: 70000000 but it seems that the values displayed in 
the "current" portion of the plugin are different to that bps.

Could anyone give me a hand or formula to get the correct desired value?
