Change SNMP community of added hosts

Hi,

after editing the snmp_community value to a valid SNMP community value 
(with which I can successfully get the data via snmpwalk) in the host 
table, Cacti still isn't able to read data from the host (although I get 
the uptime info when clicking the host) - it seems the old SNMP 
community is used somehow. Do we have to change some other table or data 
for achieving this SNMP community change?
