Sorry, I didn't notice that the reply was sent to you alone.

Yes, I've tried it with prefixing /usr/bin/python  as well as without
prefixing -- same effect.

I'm positive that the process runs as the "cacti" user by examining both
the crontab as well as with "ps -ef" output.

It would be ideal if there was a way to monitor the status/error message of
the poller's "exec" when it tries to launch my script. Do you know of any
way of doing that?
