Grab data from Cacti from external application

Hi,

We have an internal reporting tool written in Java storing and graphing the
load test stats of all servers. Some of the servers are being monitoring
using Cacti by another team. Now we're planning to export those stats into
our graphs. I just wonder if there are APIs I could use to grab the data
for the testing period from Cacti, for example in XML or JSON format?
