Many graphs stop after upgrade

Hi folks,

Recently I upgraded my site's Cacti server to v0.8.8a (included with
Debian wheezy). Most things seem okay, but a few are not. One of them is
that the graphing for Host MIB CPU utilization has stopped for around 80%
of the hosts on which I was tracking it.

Other Host MIB graphs have also stopped on some hosts, such as for
tracking memory buffers, physical memory, etc. Moreover, a lot of sensor
data is now also missing (fan speeds, voltages and temperatures), or has
been replaced with minimum or maximum values.

Does anyone have an idea why this might have happened and how I might
best go about fixing these things without losing any historical data?

Thanks,

Jaap
