The snmp-mibs-downloader package? As it was before my upgrade, that's 
installed on the Cacti host and is still working: OID numbers are still 
being translated into object descriptors.

This may be unrelated, but looking at the syslog today, I noticed that 
the poller script command is being executed with the php option "--define 
suhosin.memory_limit=512M" even though the php5-suhosin package is 
currently not included in Debian wheezy.
