Plugin Architecture == managment plugin

Dear
am had installed cacti on ubuntu jusing apt-get command , everythinmg is oki and going smothly.
then i wanna to install the Thold plugin -- to do it it must to install Plugin Architecture (managment plugin) and the sitting plugin .
am trying to do it for a week , i could not be install right .
my question is there any easy way to do it or is there any version that already installed these plugin --   the version of my cacti is 0.8.7i
