Problem after upgrading from 0.8.8a to 0.8.8b (windows system)

Hi all,

After the upgrade I have a problem with the poller cache (see also thread
http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=50744)

I'm using Cacti to read performance data from log files that are stored on a
remote server. It's all Windows relevant!
Everything works fine since years, but now with V0.8.8b I have an issue: all
my backslashes (\) turns twice within the poller cache.
The result after rebuilding the poller cache is of course no more data!

Example:
Data Input Methods (Input String):
cscript.exe <path_cacti>/scripts/wmi/wmi_read_memory_V10.vbs //Nologo //T:20
\\cactilogserver/wmi$/log/cacti/test/<hostname>_wmi.log
<file:///\\cactilogserver\wmi$\log\cacti\test\%3chostname%3e_wmi.log> get
MemoryTotal,MemoryUsed,MemoryFree

The output in the poller cache after rebuilding it:
Script: cscript.exe E:/Cacti/cacti/test/scripts/wmi/wmi_read_cpu_V10.vbs
//Nologo //T:20 \\\\cactilogserver/wmi$/log/cacti/test/defrsrv722_wmi.log
<file:///\\\cactilogserver\wmi$\log\cacti\test\defrsrv722_wmi.log> get
CPU0,CPU1,CPU2,CPU3,CPU4,CPU5,CPU6,CPU7,CPUTotal
RRD: E:\Cacti\cacti\test\rra\defrsrv722_-_w2k8_r2_vm_cpu0_2775.rrd

As you can see, there are now 4 backslashes instead of two at the beginning
of the remote server name "cactilogserver".
Of course, if I will change the count of backslashes in the Data input
Methods from two to one, than everything will work, but this could be only a
workaround and not a final solution. Remember, in all versions before 0.8.8b
everything works fine in the windows style (with two backslashes).

Any idea?

Windows 2008 R2
Apache 2.2.21 (WIN32)
PHP 5.2.17
MYSQL 5.5.20 (X64)
cmd.poller

Kind regards
