doubt file xml for monitoring gepon with OID weird

I have the environment with plataform GEPON. I'm monitoring the 
fck16OltStatisticsOctectTransfer. The MIB presents the follow structure:

1 - Upstream Epon port
2 - Downstream Epon Port

And like collect the for example OctectTransfer with follow OID

The Index OID is iso.3.6.1.4.1.10428.8.1.1.10.2.1.3.INDEX.[123]

The Index is present the penultimate character. The Index is present the 
penultimate character. therefore do not know how to create the file xml 
with the index. because in other cases, such as "hrStorage", index and 
always sequential and always at the last position.

my file xml, i tried to create. The OID utilized is the follow OID fkc16Olt.
