Is it correct, that the data you want to retrieve is to be found in
fkc16OnuStatisticsTable.

Then, there's no need to use data from other tables than this. You may e.g. use
fkc16OnuPortStatisticsOctetTransfer as an index.
And then, you will fetch data from thet table.
