cacti not ploting graphs

I have installed cacti on redhat machine and i configures spine as poller.

by default localhost was there on devices list. if i click on localhost,
the graph image is there but no plots on that.

as i am very new to this, i don't know how to troubleshot this

please hlep me to fix this issue.
