your log clearly say that you are using cmd.php

Can you create the problematic rrd using CLI?
Turn On Data Source Debug Mode and you can see the CLI command to create
the rrd
go to http://yourhost/cacti/data_sources.php?action=ds_edit&id=<rrd
id>&debug=1
