Missing data on Ethernet Interface

Has anyone seen anything like this?  Cacti 1.1.33 running on Centos 6.



I have Centos 7 targets with latest patches (as of 2018-01-26) instances =
running all over the world in AWS VPC=E2=80=99s.  Only the Sydney one =
shows these gaps in traffic.  I have similarly situated instances =
running in Mumbai, Seoul and Singapore with no issues.  There is no =
pattern to the timing of the gaps.  SNMP and ping timeouts are set to =
3000 ms with a retry count of 3 for each.

At first I thought SNMP was timing out or dropping packets, but as you =
can see, there are no gaps in memory, CPU or load average.  Only Traffic =
and it doesn=E2=80=99t matter if I poll over IPv4, v6, use ping or SNMP =
for =E2=80=9Cping test=E2=80=9D

Any thoughts or ideas because I=E2=80=99m running out of things to try.
