Dependencies - Supported Versions

The installation doc for cacti seems a bit dated. I'm wondering what the official versions recommended/supported for PHP and MySQL. It seems that versions of < MySQL 5.6 are no longer supported and PHP5 and 7.0 are coming up EoL. What are the officially supported versions for the current Cacti release? Is it safe to assume that MySQL 5.7 and PHP 7.1 (or even PHP 7.2) are supported?
